O'Dea vs Seattle Prep . . .

Homecoming Game 2013!!

The Fighting Irish are playing to the top of their game . . .

and once again it showed in their game against their rival - Seattle Prep!

It is exciting to see the Irish mix it up a bit more this year!

Their Defense is SOLID . . . and as usual - they have an amazing running game!

But this year is different - as they are adding more passing to their game

which is broadening their ability to truly control both sides of the game . . .

for example . . .

The first offensive play was a 60 yard pass

by #8 Pierre Le Dorze . . . to #3 Bobiano Sims for a touchdown!!

On Defense soon after . . .

there was a great pick-off by defender #57 Dylan Ledbetter for another 6 points!!

And then . . .

on their second offensive play of the game . . .

they handed it off to #6 Miles Gaskin for a 26 yard touchdown run!!

and the game went on . . . and on!!

Homecoming is full of celebrations . . .

for the students . . . the faculty . . . and the O'Dea alumni!!

The stands were full . . . college students came home for the game . . .

and excitement filled the air!!

and of course there were also all those fans . . .

who show up each and every week to cheer the Irish on . . .

 

 

 

yes - it was definitely a Homecoming night to remember!!
